Main Responsabilities:
- Updating and maintaining databases and internal documentation
- Monitoring project timelines and tracking delays
- Preparing quotations for materials and related documentation
- Following up on payments and administrative requests
- Assisting in the scheduling and coordination of commissioning staff activities
- Supporting the team in daily operational and organizational tasks
Education, experience, and other required skills
- Currently enrolled in a university degree
