Communications Director, Latin America

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**

The overall objectives and deliverables of this position are

+ Build and maintain excellent media relationships across the region, with a particular emphasis on Brazil and Argentina.
+ Provide proactive and strategic communications counsel and guidance to Regional and CU Leaders and teams.
+ Lead employees to be inspired and engaged with Seed Business’ story, values and goals.
+ Create and execute integrated communications strategies to support key policy and business goals (e.g. gene editing) and build equity in the new Seed Business brand.
+ Defend the company´s reputation with priority stakeholders and the public opinion.
+ Differentiate Seed Business as a trusted and preferred food and Agriculture company.
+ Build a high-performing team.
