Community Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Build relationship and engagement with key communities across various sports segments (especially running, cycling, trail running, swimming communities) to enhance brand visibility and expand market share.
• Strategize, plan, and execute community-driven events and activations to strengthen brand engagement.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage event sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand exposure and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare detailed reports on community engagement initiatives and event performance, providing insights for future optimizations.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree from any major
