Community Caretaker

Location: Borehamwood – Oaks Court. Salary: £27,706 - £29,858 per annum. Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered. Contract Type: Permanent.

Closing Date: Tuesday 30th June 2026 at midnight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of residents and assets.
• Drive between sites across Borehamwood and other nearby estates as required.
• Represent Clarion visibly and positively within the neighbourhood.
• Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full, valid manual UK driving licence.
• Experience in caretaking and cleaning.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• Willingness and ability to cover other estates in the area if required.
