Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Activities
- Organize, plan, and execute a spectrum of community activities, events, and initiatives that foster a positive work environment, strengthen inter-team connections, and reinforce Focus Global’s corporate values and culture code.
- Support different departments to create and implement diverse engagement strategies, including team-building exercises, social events, and learning programs.
- Drive consistent employee engagement and participation by facilitating recurring engagement events, including company-wide general assemblies, new hire engagement activities, roundtable discussions, and more
Internal Communications
- Develop and create informative and engaging content for internal communications, including FGI’s newsletters, announcements, and corporate updates, that are in line with FGI’s culture code and employer brand.
