Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the first point of contact for the organization through phone calls, emails, and online communication channels.
· Handle email support, chat support, and donor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls with prospective donors, supporters, and leads generated through campaigns.
