Community Engagement Librarian | Māngere Bridge Library

We’re looking for a passionate and community-driven Community Engagement Librarian to join the Māngere Bridge Library team. This role is all about connecting communities, building partnerships, and delivering programmes and services that make a real difference across Tāmaki Makaurau.

This is a dynamic and people-focused role where you’ll lead and support community engagement, outreach, and programme delivery, helping to ensure our libraries remain welcoming, inclusive and responsive community hubs.

This role offers a great mix of community engagement, programme delivery, and team collaboration.

This is a permanent, part-time role (28 hour) with the following work schedule:

• Hours are spread across the week and include weekends.
• Flexibility is required as the library is open seven days a week.
