Job Title: Community Intern
Job-Type: Internship (3-6 months)
Reports To: SG Marketing & Regional Creative Manager
What You’ll Be Doing- Process Optimisation: Codify and improve the community management processes to ensure scalability, consistency and high-quality member experience.
- Members Insights: Establish a continuous feedback loop through surveys to identify and act on key drivers of members satisfaction.
- Digital Engagement & Community Support: Actively managing WhatsApp channel to disseminate event updates, coordinate logistics and provide responses to community-related questions.
- Community Events: End-to-end planning and execution of social events.
