We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Community IV Nurse to support patients receiving home-based intravenous therapies, including Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN).
This is an opportunity to deliver truly patient-centred care in the community, helping individuals manage complex therapies safely and confidently in their own homes while building meaningful long-term relationships.
Whether you have experience in IV therapy, nutrition, community nursing, or acute care, full specialist training will be provided.
About the Role
As a Community IV Nurse, you will support patients from therapy initiation through to ongoing treatment and follow-up within their homes and community settings.
