Community Job Connector & Onboarding Lead

The People's Association in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage engagement of resident jobseekers and coordinate the onboarding of community employers to the Jobs Nearby @ CDC scheme. You will connect residents through localized workforce development and job matching initiatives.

This role requires outreach knowledge and good interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in the community. The position may require flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
