Job Summary

Our client is hiring a Community & Partnerships Manager to be the face of our brand in the real world. You'll build relationships with local communities, fitness centres, and event organisers to create collaborations — sponsorships, giveaways and co‑hosted experiences — that put healthy snacking in front of the right people. At the same time, you'll grow and nurture our own community of health‑conscious customers, turning casual buyers into loyal advocates. This is a hybrid role: part outbound relationship‑builder, part community‑builder. You'll spend your time split between scouting and securing partnerships, and designing the programs, content, and touchpoints that keep our community engaged long after the event ends.
