COMPENSATION
Base salary of $42,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives and $400 monthly transportation reimbursement. High performers have a realistic opportunity to earn up to approximately $75,000 in their first year based on verified results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Milenis Home Care is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Community Relations Manager to grow our referral network and strengthen trusted relationships throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding communities. The successful candidate will be out in the community extensively, meeting with referral partners, building relationship and representing Milenis professionally, and helping families connect with the home care they need.

Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, hospices, senior communities, social work...
