The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting groups of individuals undertaking community-based work projects, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role combining people management, practical work, and community engagement. The position involves working outdoors, travelling between sites, and supporting individuals to develop skills and positive working behaviours.
