In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our community, responding to inquiries and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience. You'll manage support tickets, uphold quality and service standards, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Respond to community inquiries through Zendesk. Develop an expert-level understanding of our platform and tools. Maintain performance and quality goals set by your manager. Identify, verify, and escalate bugs or technical issues through the correct channels. Escalate sensitive or complex cases to subject matter experts.
