Job Description
Overview
Responsible for the safe, timely, and hygienic transportation of fresh products, raw materials, and company personnel in compliance with food safety.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport fresh products, raw materials, packaging materials, and other goods to and from production sites, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection schedules to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Maintain product integrity by following proper handling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures in accordance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of vehicles, especially refrigerated or food transport units.
- Properly secure cargo to prevent damage, contamination, or spoilage during transit.
