- Graduate of BS in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from the Professional Regulation Commission
- Atleast 1-2 years of clinical or related work experience
- Experience in industrial/occupational health is an advantage
- Training in Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) from the Department of Labor and Employment or the Occupational Safety and Health Center
- Knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and workplace health programs
- Knowledgeable in computer applications (for reports and medical records)
- Good communication and coordination skills with HR and safety officers
- Preferably residing in Laguna (Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Cabuyao, or Canlubang) or willing to relocate/commute
