Opportunity: This role leads the health and wellness culture across Allegro MicroSystems, providing clinical care and strategic direction for health programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s comprehensive health program in compliance with all health and legal standards.
- Conduct surveillance of workers’ health via medical records, analyze implications, and recommend administrative actions.
- Customize and launch health awareness campaigns based on emerging diseases and national concerns.
- Coordinate with government agencies on new regulations and update company health policies accordingly.
