Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic medical care, first aid, and maintain employee health records
- Support company health programs and ensure clinic readiness
- Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate timekeeping records
- Validate leaves, absences, and other attendance-related concerns
- Coordinate with departments on attendance discrepancies
- Prepare timekeeping reports for payroll processing
- Assist in maintaining employee records and enforcing company policies
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Must be a Registered Nurse (with valid PRC license)
Experience
- At least 12 years of relevant experience
- Background in HR or timekeeping is an advantage
