The role requires a registered nurse to provide first aid, routine health checks, and urgent treatment for workplace injuries or illnesses. Additionally, the nurse will maintain accurate employee health records, conduct health and safety training, promote wellness practices, record and report accidents, collaborate with the safety team, implement employee wellness initiatives, develop emergency response plans, and conduct regular safety drills.
