Role Overview:
The Company Secretary will support the VC team and portfolio startups on private placements, corporate actions, and transaction-related compliance. The role focuses on providing investment execution support, conducting basic legal due diligence, and ensuring post-investment corporate compliance for early-stage companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Check private placement of shares / CCPS / CCDs for portfolio companies Ensure compliance with Sections 42 & 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 Check and approve PAS-4, PAS-5, PAS-3 filings Coordinate issuance of share certificates and updating statutory registers Conduct basic legal DD for ...
