Company Training Officer

Design:

Builds learner-centered solutions for programs that target specific knowledge, skills and behaviors, aligned with the PSACC Academys learning philosophy and standards. Designs ensure that learning is achieved and reinforced in accordance industry standard.

Delivery:

• Learner Engagement. Delivers learning solutions through a variety of industry benchmarked techniques, integrating both synchronous and asynchronous methodologies.
• Platform skills. Well-honed presentation skills; easily switches between different trainer modes as required by the sessions subject matter.

Evaluation:

• Session Data. Responsible for providing up-to-date and accurate session and facilitator data for the Program.
• Continuous Improvement. Ensures relevance of learning library content through periodically scheduled checks; updates content and methodologies as necessary.
