Job Description
Become a Recovery Coordinator with ACC and support clients on their journey to independence. Draw upon your case management expertise in this fulfilling full-time role.
This Level 1 position is ideal for individuals with a background in administration or customer service, working Monday to Friday with no public holidays. You will serve as first-line support for clients recovering from injuries, managing rehabilitation plans and facilitating communication among clients, whānau, and providers. Your goal will be to aid clients in reaching their recovery objectives while removing obstacles to their progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage rehabilitation plans for clients
• Engage with clients and their networks effectively
