Job Description
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of government mandatory and company’s compensation and benefits programs. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits transactions, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and providing support and information to employees regarding their compensation and benefits.
Compensation Administration
- Prepares payroll data report for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Prepares Job order and purchase order thru Altair for all Freelancers payment processing
- Submits accomplished Exit Clearance to ReSources for final pay processing
- Reviews final pay report
- Serves as the primary contact for any compensation related concern
