We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support our APAC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating compensation, incentive, and performance processes across multiple countries — ensuring market competitiveness, fairness, and operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical capability, project planning skills, and effective communication across different countries and cultures.
Key Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate country-level compensation structures, performance bonus schemes, and incentive plans, and provide improvement recommendations. Review the overall APAC compensation and benefits strategy to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and regional alignment.
