Baker & McKenzie LLP seeks a paralegal for the Executive Compensation practice to be based in California (San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles), Chicago or New York.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with client matters related to and global executive compensation, equity incentive stock option, ESPP and RSUs) and other incentive arrangements Prepare various securities, tax, currency control and other filings/ruling applications to ensure compliance for compensation arrangements around the world, including blue sky filings. Correspondence with Baker McKenzie offices and correspondent law firms around the world to assist with submission of filings and providing advice on compensation arrangements. Manage filing calendars for larger clients with multiple filings throughout the year and proactively correspond with clients to complete necessary filings.
