The Complaints Director has a vital role in upholding the integrity and credibility of the Association by ensuring appropriate implementation of Article X and associated policies and procedures.

Position Summary: The Association’s Bylaw, Article X Complaints Resolution Process is a comprehensive process to manage the resolution of complaints received by the Association relating to professional conduct of members.
This position provides leadership for the implementation and administration of Article X of the Association’s Bylaws.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
In accordance with the Association’s Bylaws the Complaints Director shall oversee, support and manage the Complaints Resolution Process under the supervision of the CEO.
