Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Rockland St. Mary, near Norwich.
Hours: Waking nights, 24 hours per week & bank (19:30 - 07:30)
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a young man in his 20's who has complex needs due to Alfie’s syndrome and spinal injury, including seizures, mobility issues and learning difficulties. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
He lives at home with his loving and lively family. He enjoys football, baking, quiz shows and chatting - his favourite topics range from Peppa Pig to world politics. He’s warm, funny, and truly inspiring. Your role will be to support him ...
