Complex Catering Manager

We are looking for a Complex Catering Manager to oversee meeting room rentals and catering at both of our locations.

Responsibilities

• Event planning, organizing, and execution
• Collaboration with clients to finalize details
• Providing a seamless service experience
• Supervising catering staff and banquet employees
• Motivating and scheduling team members
• Managing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring inventory
• Posting events through the PMS system and maintaining accurate forecasts
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Resolving complaints and handling meeting room inquiries
• Ensuring smooth event execution across operations

Additional Duties

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Maintaining and expanding client relationships
• Creating marketing materials to promote spaces
