Job Description
As our Compliance Administrator you’ll be working within our busy development team, supporting the Programme Manager to maintain and upkeep our development system and processes and procedures, with a focus on ensuring our grant funded schemes are compliant.
You’ll be carrying out administration work, collating and inputting information into databases to maintain integrity and regulatory compliance. Keen to grow your knowledge, you’ll take every opportunity to learn more about the affordable homes programme to use when completing audit checks for Homes England and Greater London Authority funded schemes.
Lots of your work will be data focussed, ensuring our data is up to date and maintained, which will involve collaborating with colleagues in the wider development team.
You’ll be integral to our systems first approach to development processes and will be assisting the team to adopt and learn new and existing systems.
