Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify operational, financial, and regulatory risks
- Ensure compliance with regulations like AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Develop and implement internal policies, SOPs, and control frameworks
- Monitor transactions and activities to detect fraud or suspicious behavior
- Perform internal audits and compliance checks across departments
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities (e.g., Monetary Authority of Singapore or UAE regulators)
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure adherence
