*Job Description:
The Compliance Associate will be the primary owner of AML and KYC activities, with a focus on investee-level due diligence and tool support. This will include, among other things:
Providing AML support to Investments, Sales & Business Development, and Markets divisions, including supporting subsidiaries
Managing development, updates, and adherence to KYC of Investees Procedure
Perform AML and KYC activities related to investees, including:
– Review of Enhanced Due Diligence files
– AML low-risk controls and quarterly KYC control reviews
– Maintenance and updating of the KYC of investees review process
