What you’ll do

• Manage a high volume of tasks with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and quality of background reports through diligent processing and attention to detail, possibly involving communication with court clerks and law enforcement agencies
• Communicate effectively with compliance teammates and leaders to ensure that issues are flagged to facilitate resolution, maintain quality, and drive key performance indicators
• Complete all required training and collaborate with compliance leadership to maintain knowledge and quality on all QA workflows
