Role Overview

At ING we are looking for a Compliance Business Expert to join our Mortgage Team of Home Tribe in a squad that helps develop new customer/product features and legal initiatives focused on Mortgage workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the current mortgage workflow and implement new business functionalities in the current mortgage application flow.
• Modify existing functionalities to comply with legal regulations.
• Find the right balance between implementing improvements and implementation costs in a workflow that is being phased out.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into business requirements.
• Manage asset maintenance by coordinating and prioritizing day‑to‑day incidents.
