Strong understanding of Indian laws and global compliance requirements (, anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, whistleblower, sanctions, data privacy). 
Assist in drafting and reviewing compliance policies, SOPs, and training materials. 
Review and adapt third‑party contract clauses based on risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. 
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on compliance issues.
