Compliance Data Analyst: Power BI & Automation

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Data Analyst in the Compliance department, your role will be to extract, transform, and analyze data to support regulatory reporting, audits, and cross‑functional compliance initiatives. You will also design and develop tools and automated solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance department.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to support regulatory compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights and real‑time visibility into compliance metrics for the department and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with and provide data support to cross‑functional teams including Transaction Review Department (TRG), Fraud, Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), and Agent Oversight.
