Compliance Executive - eCommerce

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to manage and monitor compliance activities across multiple eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and other online selling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace account health and compliance metrics on a daily basis.
• Handle policy violations, account suspensions, warnings, and performance notifications.
• Draft and submit appeals, Plans of Action (POAs), and supporting documentation.
• Review and audit product listings to ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Manage product reviews and feedback cases in line with marketplace policies and brand standards.
• Handle customer communication according to marketplace communication guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations, customer support, and listing teams to resolve compliance-related issues.
