Job Description
- Provide legal support across all corporate governance matters of the Company
- Support Board of Directors and General Assembly processes, including documentation, resolutions, and compliance with applicable legislation
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance company-wide compliance programs
- Provide legal advice and ongoing support on compliance, data protection, GDPR, and competition law matters in line with applicable regulations and internal policies
- Manage and coordinate Disciplinary Committee and Ethics Committee processes, including investigations, case assessments, documentation, and decision-making workflows
- Ensure full alignment of disciplinary and ethics processes with applicable laws, internal regulations, and company policies
