The Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving excellence in health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance across the Leicester PFI contract. This is a second-line assurance role, focused on governance, oversight, competence and risk control across a diverse operational landscape including vehicle workshops, transport, waste collection, recycling centres, transfer stations, and construction activities. You will ensure alignment with Biffa’s standards while meeting all contractual and legal obligations, embedding a strong compliance culture and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
