Job Description
Job Purpose Be part of the Group Market Conduct family which strives to safeguard the reputation of the company, through oversight on distribution representatives’ market conduct activities and ensuring enforcement actions taken are fair and appropriate. This position sits within the Sales Compliance section and focuses on market conduct governance, executing the compliance monitoring program, and conducting sales assurance audits, including the Balanced Scorecard program.
The Job- Collaborate within the Group Sales Compliance section to execute responsibilities aligned with Market Conduct Risk.
- Apply the 4 Non‑sales KPIs under the Balanced Scorecard Framework.
- Review BSC documentation, assess Client Surveys, Mystery Shopping Exercises, and review Substantiated Complaints.
- Own stakeholder queries (including financial representatives and members of the Regional Agency, FA & Bancassurance department) and decide escalation.
