• Execute reviews through on-going testing and monitoring of the Bank’s deposits portfolio and periodic self-assessments the Bank’s compliance with policies, procedures and practices established to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Detects and reports to the CCO potential compliance problems and recommends changes or enhancements to improve existing policies and procedures or assists the affected business unit to develop new policies and procedures.
• Is an active participant in helping to identify the root cause of issues identified.
