About the RoleThe Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring all service workers, vendors, and operational partners meet required compliance standards prior to activation and throughout engagement.This role manages onboarding workflows, background screening processes, and compliance tracking systems to ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred1–3 years of experience in compliance, procurement or vendor onboardingExperience with background screening platforms (e.g., First Advantage, Candid)Familiarity with compliance requirements in logistics, transportation, or 3‐PL environmentsExperience working with vendors and cross‐functional teamsSkills & CompetenciesEnglish proficiency level: Advanced (C1)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage high‐volume tasks with accuracy and urgencyProficiency in data tracking systems (e.g., Airtable, Excel, or similar tools)Excellent ...
