Job Description

 We're recruiting for a  Compliance Technical Consultant  to join our helpdesk team and support SimplyBiz members from a compliance perspective to ensure they meet compliance standards regarding FCA regulations.
 This role is based in our Huddersfield office where we operate a hybrid working model, providing a balance of home and office working.
 
  What you'll be doing 
 Researching and investigating queries from our Member Firms and providing robust, prompt and complete answers
 Maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry changes and relaying this to our members in a clear, easily understood manner
 Assisting firms with the completion of RegData by advising them how to gather data, complete and cross validate the return
 Reviewing and providing guidance and assistance to Member Firms in relation to financial promotions, disclosure documents and stationery
