Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple entities including operating companies, holding companies, trusts, charities, and real estate portfolios.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage daily cash flow reporting in multiple currencies.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Lead year‑end processes, audits, and external reporting (T2, T3, T5, charities).
• Provide financial analysis and support to management on operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, accounting certificate, or DEC.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in real estate, family office, or accounting firm is an asset.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on environment.
