Job Description
Concierge (Bell-Hop)
Location: Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore.
As a Concierge (Bell-Hop), you will assist guests with luggage handling to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, deliver and collect luggage promptly to meet guest schedules, welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a hospitable farewell at departure, fulfill guest requests professionally and within expected timeframes, engage with guests to gather feedback and improve service quality, and contribute to creating memorable hotel experiences through attentive service.
Qualifications- Demonstrate pride in hospitality and hotel service.
- Show enthusiasm for interacting with guests and customers.
- Preferably possess relevant hotel experience.
- Willing to work shifts.
