The Concierge is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch customer service. You are expected to be a Service Ambassador and to increase the level of commitment and partnership between JLL, service partners and our clients to provide quality service delivery while enhancing your individual personal and professional skills.
