Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes as well as providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
