The Concierge is the operational backbone of the company front-of-house - the person who ensures that every commitment made to a tenant is tracked, executed, and followed through to completion. This is a highly organized, detail-oriented role that requires genuine hospitality instincts alongside the process- discipline to manage multiple open items simultaneously without ever losing precision.

The Concierge works closely with the Concierge Manager to support the full range of tenant-facing operations - from managing requests and communications to coordinating vendor services and supporting programming activations.
