About the Role
The vacancy is in person. Resort Global Network is an international company with more than 10 years as a leader in customer service and vacation package sales, working with prestigious brands such as: AMResorts (Unlimited Vacation Club), The Fives, Solaris, Vivenzia, Latitude, among many others. Resort Global Network is looking for a passionate service agent to take care of the entire process before arrival at the vacation destination of a fly & buy.
Responsibilities
- Reserve stays, attend to special requests, sell additional services and confirm the terms and conditions of promotion.
- Act as the main filter for the vacation club and guide the guest to have the best experience during the sales presentation.
- Personalize and solve clients' requests via telephone.

- Skills or experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
