**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set forms and prepare surfaces for concrete pouring
+ Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces using tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds
+ Apply sealants and curing compounds as needed
+ Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety procedures
+ Repair and patch existing concrete surfaces when necessary
+ Work closely with crew members to meet project deadlines

**Requirements**

+ Proven experience as a concrete finisher (commercial or residential)
+ Skilled in hand and power finishing tools
+ Ability to read basic plans or directions
+ Strong work ethic and reliability
+ Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
+ Valid transportation to job sites preferred
