**Job Description**

This role involves performing a variety of hands-on tasks to support the production of concrete panels in a large manufacturing plant. You will pour, cast, finish, strip, and clean concrete forms while working with hand and power tools in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work in the plant to pour, cast, and finish concrete panels according to production requirements and quality standards.
+ Strip concrete panels from forms once the concrete has properly cured, ensuring safe handling and minimal damage.
+ Clean concrete forms thoroughly after panels are stripped and before they are reused, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
+ Assist with moving cured panels to the yard and support general yard activities as needed.
